About the Project

In my role at a logistics company, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the operational expenditure (OPEX). This investigation spanned production systems, invoices, contracts, and physical infrastructure to identify unnecessary costs and inefficiencies. Through this review, I discovered multiple unused circuits, software licenses that were no longer in use, and expired contracts that continued to incur charges.

Armed with these insights, I successfully negotiated better services for our locations, enhanced service experiences across sites, and reduced operational spend by over $100,000 annually. This project highlights my analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to optimizing resources for significant financial impact.
